After retiring from the pharmaceutical industry, where I had spent my career as a medicinal chemist, I decided to pursue a long-time desire to work with students to help them master chemistry and math. I have been tutoring now for over 5 years and have worked with middle school and high school youth as an advisor and teacher at church for more than 30 years.
My tutoring sessions are tailored to the specific needs of each individual student, so as to maximize his/her understanding of the material and ability. I encourage students to text me in between tutoring sessions if a question arises. It’s a given that students have busy schedules so I can be flexible with scheduling tutoring sessions.
